Thermal Analysis instrument's Warranty will be voided should:

More than 10% Hydrogen gas has been used for any application
During an analysis either highly corrosive/reducing gases are produced, we reserve the right to not cover
Continual/excessive use of STA/TGA at the top of the temperature range which shortens furnace lifetime
There is no evidence of regular preventative maintenance either internally or done by a qualified PKI service engineer (suggested minimum 1 or 2 per year, application dependent)
